1. Eligibility

4. AI-Generated Content

Some Site features generate suggestions, summaries, or other text using third-party AI models. These outputs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. They are provided for general informational purposes only and must not be relied on for career, financial, legal, medical, or other professional decisions. We do not warrant the accuracy or fitness of any AI-generated content for any purpose.

5. Third-Party Links and Sources

The Site links to or surfaces information from external job-listing sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, employment offers, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

6. Feedback and User Submissions

Any feedback, suggestion, requested job title, or other text you submit is non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, store, reproduce, modify, and publish such submissions for any lawful purpose, including improving the Site. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence and that the submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Site, other than user submissions and third-party material, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No licence to any of this material is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, including AI-generated content, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.

15. Accounts

Account creation is optional. You may browse and use the Site anonymously without creating an account. Creating an account grants access to a free authenticated tier with additional features. By creating an account you confirm the email address provided is yours and that you have authority to use it.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share your account with others, resell access, or create accounts through automated or scripted means. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice, and remove associated content.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@topskills.dev. Closing your account will delete your account data, subject to any retention required by law.
